What do I do if I need a refund?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products if needing a refund/return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note before contacting for a refund: Our candles are all handmade and may incur some slight imperfections.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges on change of mind or candles with slight imperfections.

My order arrived broken

Please email us immediately when receiving your broken parcel with your order number and photos of your parcel so we can lodge a dispute with the shipping company and so we can re-make your order and get it sent straight back out to you.

What do I do if I'm missing an item?

We check all our orders thoroughly before shipping out, but in the off chance you have a missing item please email us with your order number and photos of your package and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

I picked the wrong colour when ordering, can I change it?

If you have picked the wrong colour, reach out to us through email and Instagram straight away and we *may* be able to change it for you. This has to be done immediately as we cannot guarantee to see your message before making your order.

Something else

Please contact us through email for any other issue, please don't contact us on instagram if it isn't urgent as our inboxes are constantly flooded and we miss 90% of our messages and would hate to miss out on something important. Our emails are monitored regulary and you will be guaranteed a response within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
